Carol Sue Shields was brutally murdered by Wayne Dumond.
Dumond was in an Arkansas prison for raping a 17 year old high school cheerleader, until Governor Mike Huckabee helped him get out. Thanks to Mike Huckabee, Dumond was released from his Arkansas prison. Then, less than one year later, he raped and murdered Carol Sue Shields.

The more I research into all this mess in Arkansas, the more my skin crawls. I guess all you have to do is say you found Jesus and all is forgiven. Makes one wonder if Huckabee thinks he IS God to grant such redemption. I thought he was just a preacher who had a Theology degree. Oh wait, he don't have one of those either. Go figure. LIAR!!!!
